CHATEAU MABILE

Back in September we decided to enjoy the new cool weather we were having and go have a day in the city. We rode the L in and that would've been awesome enough for this guy..


...but we did other stuff too!
 

We decided to finally shell out the dough and ride the ferris wheel on the Navy Pier. Ginny had been wanting to ride a ferris wheel since the fair at the high school this summer because she was too little to ride that one. This one has no age limit though!
 

 

Yeah, 100% of the pictures I took of these two included Greg's closed eyes, so I posted anyway!

 

Now don't those two girls look so blissful and harmonious? Well the big one was having a panic attack because the little one did NOT think she needed to be held on to or touched in anyway on the ride. But dang if the pictures didn't come out pretty good?! That little wheel gondola was starting to rock with the fight we were having, LOL.
 

Pub food for dinner and a view of one of the corners of the L train loop made for one very relaxed boy.
