Post Thanksgiving Round-Up

How was everyone's thanksgiving? Ours was chilly and coated with butter...just how we like it. I cooked all morning and then ate the rest of the day. Really, the four of us ate an entire pecan pie. After solid naps, we took the kids (ok we took the kids and ME) to see the movie Frozen. It was so good! We all loved it. We also thought it was funny that the only other people in the theaters were families who liked like they do not celebrate Thanksgiving in their native countries. We got there early because we thought seeing a movie on thanksgiving was something a lot of families did. Anyway, we gobbled til we wobbled and decided we are just thankful to have each other.
Ginny was trying to stick this little heart shaped sticker onto her eyeball "like dada getting ready for work." Liam saw and said, "Nooo Ginny! That's not an eye-tact!"
We decorated our tree tonight! Then we watched the Grinch. The Christmas season has kicked off in the Mabile house!
The kids in their Portillo's hats after a consolatory visit for hot dogs and malts (oh yeah, we've got a story to tell...well one of us does)
Our upstairs neighbor hung out with us for an entire half day! These three get along really well and are a fun bunch.
Not a great picture of them, but the only one I have on my phone of them doing one of their recent experiments.
Before the Bama (grrrr) game, Ginny ran and got her Pom poms and started cheering. I was so proud. Meanwhile my son refers to the entire sport of football as LSU because he has such little interest in it. Oy.
This picture is just so Liam. I love it so much. A train, a tractor, and Leonard stuffed in his shirt. They were all having a fun morning racing around the house.
None if these pictures have anything to do with Thanksgiving, but I'm sharing anyway.

Taken right before Halloween, these is Liam stealing a bite off of the GIANT loaf of French bread Nana Becca bought for him. So funny!
