Luckily, this time, we planned ahead and brought lunch with us. We had a great little picnic by the creek. Ginny got to watch a dog playing fetch...she loves dogs (from a distance ONLY).



 

Sometimes she just gets overcome with the need to hug and/or kiss something (I'm not exaggerating at all) so she had to go in for a Dada snuggle :)

And now for the highlight of the day! We've been meaning to take Liam on the lightrail (a mass transit train that goes between downtown and the Mall of America in Bloomington) since we moved here. Well, Minnehaha Falls is right on the line and Liam saw it and immediately started asking if he could ride! So after our lunch we dropped Liam and Greg off and agreed to pick them up at Greg's hotel downtown. LIAM LOVED IT. It went up on a bridge, it passed the lightrail going through the opposite direction, it went through crossings, and it even went through a tunnel! We have already been back to ride it twice since that time.

Here it comes!!! I made Greg hold him because I was so nervous about him getting caught in the door or something crazy like that. I know...crazy Mama.
