Ginny's New Ride

Okay, so there are perks to working in the hotel business besides room discounts and the occasional bouquets of leftover flowers. Recently, at Greg's hotel, the children's company Chicco (pronounced key-co, not cheek-o... who knew?!) had several days of meetings there. Well, Greg calls me one day and says, "Just wait until you see what I have for Ginny." As the Chicco people were packing up they realized that they would not be able to fit all of their products back into whatever they were trying to get it into to move it to their next location so they asked Greg if he wanted the stuff they couldn't fit in. He, of course, took them and couldn't believe what they were ready to just toss out! All of this stuff was brand new, like in a box brand new! The best thing? Ginny's awesome new ride. Liam calls it her "machine."

I am always getting on to Liam for not letting her play with it. She is entertained by him, of course, but he needs to learn to share...especially when things are not even for him! It is absolutely driving him crazy that he can't sit in it and ride around. This is him holding the little telephone on it for her so she can talk :)

He tells me he has to show her how to use it.

She LOVES it, which means I love it! This thing is awesome, ya'll. It even has a place where you can plug in an ipod for the baby...hahaha! No really, it has an MP3 switch and a little drawer where you store the ipod that locks. The music even plays at a low level so I know it is definitely just for the baby!

She gets so excited with it sometimes!

The last thing I have to mention is that this wasn't the only thing he got. We also got a blue one exactly like this one! Oh, and TWO high chairs that you hook onto the table. One is specifically made for travel. We could not believe it! Oh, and I have to mention that when Greg told me he had this stuff for her I told him he had to bring something for Liam to. So when Greg got home he pulled a gummi worm (thanks Aunt Deana!) out of the cabinet and told him, "and look what they gave me for Liam!" Liam was thrilled.
