Check out the high and low temps tomorrow. Winter has finally decided to give us a little show. The wind is BLOWING out there whipping the light snow that is falling around. Wind chills in the -20s. It's about dang time. Tomorrow is slated to be the latest below zero temp ever for the Twin Cities.
